Meet Dr. Mayur Pai
Dr. Mayur Pai is a respected Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, and is a specialist in fertility & key-hole surgery with over a decade of experience in helping couples navigate their journey to parenthood. His transparent, patient-first approach has helped couples conceive successfully. He leads the fertility program at Pai Hospital and supervises every IVF and IUI treatment under the Charitable Initiative.
He holds an MBBS degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum, and a Master’s in Obstetrics and Gynecology from JJM Medical College, Davangere — both reputed institutions in Karnataka. Dr. Mayur Pai’s expertise spans across IUI, IVF, and advanced reproductive techniques, alongside a wide range of gynecological surgeries including laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, fertility-enhancing procedures, and other key-hole surgeries.

What to expect at your first fertility appointment?
At your first fertility consultation, you’ll meet with Dr. Mayur Pai or a senior specialist to discuss your medical history, menstrual cycles, prior treatments (if any), and lifestyle factors. You and your spouse will undergo an ultrasound, sperm analysis tests and/or blood tests for hormonal profiling. This session is designed to understand your unique journey and recommend the best course of action—be it IUI, IVF, or other fertility treatments. It’s a friendly, non-judgmental space to ask questions and understand your options.
